Not a lot of work over the last few weeks with the Christmas break. While the wiring is being done on and off site the sensors are being mounted, control panel moved to in front of the gearstick for passenger safety, mounting of the Ethanol % sensor that just arrived, internal fuel hardlines.

Whiteboard showing current schedule. Much of this is being done in regards to the next motor. So in effect the car is being 'future-proofed' as much as possible now so we don't have to go over things again later. Things like using the Milspec firewall connector for the engine harness means that a different motor will be easier to install.

Like your shock pots, very tidy. What are you using for the steering wheel sensor? The string pot is an easy install.

Yes, I thought of your setup Rod. Quite possibly the same. I haven't seen the actual sensor for this but am happy to be guided by the engineer on this one. Did you find that you got good info out of yours?

Not so sure about the internal fuel lines. I am a bit of a coward and like to keep that stuff as far away from me as possible. I know there are good reasons for it but....

The steering sensor is just something you need to make sense of the data, it helps make things clearer.

Well anything to make it clearer is fine by me. I'm sure it will take me some time working all this out.

Ok let me guess - is the steering sensor used to feed the Motec to further adjust the locking % of the diff?

Love the whiteboard approach... Rewiring sounds simple till you do it. I think I ended up with at least 5000 pieces of paper with scratched drawings on and evolved to powerpoint slides before I finished mine

Looks great. Apologies if you already covered it (I'm late to the thread) but are you using the CV bolts as triggers for a wheel speed sensor?

Yes Tom, that's what they've done on the rears. They haven't got to the fronts yet.

Looks great Patrick! I also like the shock potentiometers. Are those the dry sump oil lines running along the door sill?

No Van, they're internal hardlines for the fuel. Seems they wanted to go with new hardpipes that are out of range of anything untoward happening under the car with off-field excursions. Fair amount of potential fuel pressure going through there soon too.

We used a second set of stock sensors on the front with my 968.
