This thread is great! Not on topic, but still. Nice to see you are so interested in planes Olli, me too. My uncle flew the vampire (for fun) when I was a kid and if I recall right, it burnt 15 gallons of kerosene per minute at full throttle. Same mileage as Duke's DD

And you are using factory rear Steel rotors from what model? and what is their hat offset/ depth?
I'll be mocking up the PCCB's with their factory alloy floating hats and I will post full technical dimensions.
Basic dims.....Fronts are 350 x 34
.....Rears are 350 x 28

Thanks for chiming in Olli!
What potential issues do you see me having using the PCCB's? Thanks in advance.
Do you feel the GT3 or BMW equivalent master cylinder is a necessary swap?

Yes, same question Ksira asked. IIRC, the early 85.5 and 86 rear control arms have the hubs inset by 25mm more than later arms. The later rotor hats are also 25mm taller than early rear rotors.

Love what you have done with the 996 brake adapters. I have a few questions:
- Do they fit on a 1986 944 Turbo?
- For the rear, what is the modification that needs to be made
- I have 17" BBS wheels will they clear?
- I assume you know the correct rotors to use
Thanks
