Hi Guys, I have a 3.0 16v cab turbo, had 60-1 hifi, stage 5 wheel 10 hotside with standalone ECU, 1 bar, runs super good has been a joy to drive occasionally as she lives mostly in the garage, recently pulled off the road to do some maintenance and decided to refresh, so now in progress with a new GTX3076r Gen 2, 2.25 crossover and a 3.0 full exhaust. I am not into absolute power just strong 3-6.5k performance.

How much advantage can I get with cam changes, again stressing I am not looking for outright power but street torque 3 - 6.5k, what options have you run and was it worth the effort?

I'd continue to use the stock 4V cams. They're perfect for your application.
