May I ask where you are seeing 1 bar boost with your setup? You have an '86 model don't you? How did I guess??

Just curious, so did you get your motor made by LR?

So how do you fit the 996 turbo brakes on with radial mounted calipers? I thought you must have Olli's kit, but he's only got that for early model 951s?
I would have thought you'd see 1 bar a little bit earlier but having seen your dyno chart on the other thread I can see that it's quite a steep curve. It must hit quite hard when the boost kicks in.

Tom, perhaps it may be better to use MS Excel or Access to compile the data, so you could manipulate it (more cels) and make it a cleaner looking post? I am not sure what you used on your original post on the first page, if it was MS Word. Anyway just some food for thought...

Caliper adapters are custom work.

Was the dyno pull done in 3rd gear or 4th?

Regular '88 year models have the early brakes. Only the Turbo S cars in 88 that had all the later stuff. So I suspect CMF to have a 220hp 1988 model car.

dyno was 4th gear, and car is 220hp model.
In March (Then I dont need winter tires) I can go to dyno again, and try to rise boost to 1,5bar.

Kert's car is the same model (1988 220hp) as i have, so it's easy to fabricate adapters. Our adapters work 1987-1988 220hp 951 and also with S2 & 968 without M030 option. Adpaters might work also with 1985-86 951's with special rotor.

So 422 hp / 517 newton meter @ RW, equals 470-485 FWHP / 580-595 FWNm, not bad at all at 1.1 bar boost. Must be fun to drive!

Yep that is pretty amazing Pete. 422whp but it's at 16psi not 1 bar. Still, very good with an 8v. S2 Pistons as well...
