Hrm - it depends on the tune. But if your getting 6mpg, then Ceteris paribus, I would say 4-4.5mpg.

Sid has ran mid 30psi without O-ringing... It really depends on your application, IMO.
If it is a track-car that is going to live @25psi, then I would O-ring it.

Would 20-21psi be considered safe for the head gasket to live on a track car on E85? Right now I am running a Lindsey 340rwhp kit with a 60-1 hifi turbo @18lbs on pump gas.
It appears I need to change my injectors from 55lb. to 83lb., upgrade my fuel pump to a Bosch (044), and a good tune if I want achieve 400rwhp @ 20-21lbs. of boost.

Would 20-21psi be considered safe for the head gasket to live on a track car on E85? Right now I am running a Lindsey 340rwhp kit with a 60-1 hifi turbo @18lbs on pump gas.

My head gasket is a Cometic MLS last December after a Lindsey 2.5L rebuild with:
Decked block
Wossner Pistons
Wossner Rods
Cross drilled crank
Windage port blocked
Piston squirters
Baffled pan
It seems the only thing holding me back from cranking up the boost to 25+psi would be my head gasket. I am thinking that for the track 20-21psi would be a conservative amount of boost and my head gasket would live on E85? Could I even go a little higher then 21psi.?

I don't think the HG is holding you back at all.
IMO for the track you would want to have a large IC and oil cooler and then you should be able to run it pretty hard. I would just have a knock monitoring system and creep up on the boost.
Sounds like a great ride.
Also another outside the box option is to plumb in a small nozzle to inject E85 (controlled with a boost referenced soleniod) into the intact tract post IC. (I mean in addition to having the injectors to support E85). I have found that it does a very nice job of colling down hot air. This is kind of like methanol injection but using fuel from the rail so you don't have to have all the other junk under the hood or refilling the tank.

I am in Phoenix AZ so I will not be tracking my car until October. Hopefully I will have my E85 conversion done by then. Is there anyone that does 951 E85 conversions in Phoenix or at least tunes for the E85? I will definitely post my results.
