those look hot mike. Are you keeping the car black or are you going to get a new paint job with some graphics? Hopefully you wont have the same problem with the graphics you do now

Car is staying black, not painting it (atleast not this year). I'd love to at some point, probably Basalt black if I did, but again, not painting it any time soon. I have much more important things to waste my money on, like the turbo and NA engines, and the 5 series. Current '06 Spec graphics are staying on for atleast a few months before I really try and dig into it. Problem is my original '86 stone protectors and door dent strips need to come off too and I know they are going to try and take the paint with them.

The ITB set up looks great. Excuse my ignorance on the issue, but what are the advantages of going to an ITB rig?

On a stock 951 there wouldnt be one, however with all the things he's doing to the car including a custom tune, there is a very good chance they will help out alot.

Hey Mike can you confirm that you can get those 11" s under the arch and then what tyre size will you fit? I believe that 315's would fit nicely to the 11" but will they all fit under the guard...especially DOT's/ r-spec's??? If you have to 'baseball bat' them in, how much space do you think you'll need to find and is that with running some neg. on the back?

I've already mounted them to my street car and they do indeed fit (without tires on them). I'll confirm more tire sizing, etc once I have the car back together. IIRC I am running -2 degrees in the rear.

Disconnected the electrical connections on the fuel tank, and the main lines. Hopefully it'll warm up and I'll have the ***** to stay out there for more than 20 minutes and I can get the fuel tank out.

This showed up today:

Along with most of the associated 968 components

Also whipped up a quick pshop with the wheels on the car:

Just buy a set of replica 18s and spray them with dupicolor bronze paint. Done.

If I hadnt sold my BBS's and CCW's I almost would.

I wanna get another set of CCW's at some point, and I need a set of BBS RGT's. I suppose "need" is a relative term.

We didnt include BMW wheels in that statement either
