LART!!!
This dyno is from the motor that overheated!!! The one that you purchased from me, the 2.5!!! Do you think that I would have posted a dyno like that from a fully prepped bad *** 3.0 with only 350tq at the wheels!!!!!
I've been attempting to get this dyno posted on the top 2.5 HP list for over six months. ST posts his new dyno once and immediately gets posted. I was just attempting to get my old dyno up on the charts as a paying member of Rennlist and part of this community. I simply wanted to see my name up in lights here in the top ten 2.5 hp list.
I promise you that when I post the new 3.0 dyno it will make this one look quite tempered.
Sorry about any confusion.

Best not to anger the Kiwi...
I am now going to send him a hugely ball-busting e-mail, laden with sheep-sex inuendo and impartiality jest in reference to this ommision.

I think that he thinks that I used your dyno ST!
I've got a gut laugh going on now. ST, I get to the east coast twice a year for business. I've got to sit in the passenger seat in your car one of these trips. Hats off to you.

Read the first page as to how to get on... I have said many many times the entry for the list needs to be formatted in the post. if you didnt write the format in the post, there is a good chance I didnt add it to the list.

NZ951,
I just read the first page and admit that I'm a tad retarded, with this in mind would you PM me on how to get on this list. I couldn't find the cliff notes, or instructions by clicking on the first post.
My education is ever lasting.

Edited.... this was the instruction at the bottom, just had so many post a chart and i couldnt interpret number off it and dyno types etc, just make it easy to add thats all...
Post your dyno chart (in WHP/kW). You must be a member to make it on the list. Format it like the list above so I can copy and paste it.

Lart,
This posted dyno is from a 2.5 motor that was dynoed in Feburary or March of 2006. In late April I drove this 951 to San Diego to go to get my CE hours for my work. On the way to San Diego the motor overheated. We don't really know why, your post of the head with stuck valves, and burn on the gasket didn't really show why. Remember your post of this?
Tim Richards is an old 951 friend of mine. I met him along with Tony Garcia many years ago at a dyno day with Huntley Racing and we kept in touch. I had the highest RWH car out of all the 951's that day!!! This was TEN+years ago when we did this.
I had the car towed to www.speedforceracing.com by Tim's shop manager with one phone call. I decided to sell you this motor without regard to it's condition. Remember?
The dyno that I posted was done months prior to this overheating issue. Does this make sense now?

Lart,
In my 15+ years of owning modified 951 cars, this particular 2.5 motor is the only one that I have ever overheated to the extent that it had a cracked head. I've never owned a 951 with a 3.0 motor.
I would never post a dyno showing 430hp and 350tq on a 3.0 motor that I had anything to do with the build, let alone my money being spent to make such numbers.
When I post the dyno on the new 3.0, all my previous dyno charts will seem lame based on the 951's of my past.
The dyno that I posted is exactly what we got running a modified 2.5 with 23psi of boost using 100 pump gas.
