Hey guys,
Where can I find the VIN for these pearl white 951 ?
I just brought one have Fuchs and burgundy interior.
Car is in fair condition but out of my 15 years of a 944/951 owner/fans, I never see a factory pearl white and jump into buying it with both feet having the idea of restoring the car.
Now I heard from you guys that there is only 6 of them makes me even more interested.
By the way, if anyone cares, mine have 7448 as the last 4 of the VIN.
Cheers,
Raymond

Morning Guys! First time 944 owner...here to say I just purchased Vin 7406. It runs but the body is in very bad shape. It does have some salvage history to it. Supposedly it was stolen and found in a cargo container. I cannot verify the story though I do know it has the "L0A9" paint code. My plan is to bring her back to life and drive her as she was meant to be driven.

Attached are a few pics
The previous owner was a young college student who couldn't afford to finish it. He did a lot of maintenance but it still seems like it is a bit laggy. I will admit it has been 15 years since I have been in a 944 and it wasn't even a turbo and from what I recall that non turbo was peppier.
I have yet to even dig in and read the forum posts regarding this car but will start digging in tonight. LOVE the color combo...that's for sure.
First thing's first, I might to make sure that mechanically it is sound. Once that is complete I want to have it completely repainted and want to find the proper wheels and have them painted to match. Once that is compete I will tackle the interior which needs a little attention. I will keep you all posted to its progress.
Any questions? Fire away
