No this is not the original paint code, and no it was not an origianl color option.
Not sure when this color code was first available, I saw it on a 2001 911 and had to have it. The original color was just a shade lighter.

Rick,
Yes the first pic in my last post is the same as the one in my sig. I edited out the telephone poles and adjusted it to black 'n white. (At least that way you can't see how dirty it is
)
