Hello Blagave. I feel your pain. I have however, persisted in 928 ownership for over fifteen years and have come to love (and maybe understand) these cars. The value of the 928 Porsche is greater than it's dollar value and/or the sum of it's parts. These autos represent the epitome of analog motoring-the essence of motoring cannot be improved upon; touch screens, GPS, paddleshifting not withstanding. Autos as autos have never improved upon the essence of the Porsche 928.
I am now on my fifth 928 ('91 GT). They are not inexpensive to own and can be a royal pain, as I a well know with my '83 Euro S.
The bottom line, like a beautiful but troublesome woman: They are worth it.

I hear ya. I am not one that goes with the norm, so not worried too much about getting the car in shape. The seller of car is the one who left a bad taste in my mouth, not the car. I actually think it is one of the more fun cars I have ever driven, so I look forward to getting everything fixed and enjoy driving it.
Really appreciate the help and support here in the forum.....great group
Wow, what gnawed on that driver's seat? It surely looks like hell for only 90k miles!
I actually think he did the right thing in showing the seats as they are. The rest of the interior is about on par with that seat. No pics of the engine bay?

Overpriced for a missing jump post and broken washer filler neck. Pictures look over retouched. Mark Hyman is a wheeler dealer on episodes of "what's My Car Worth"
