At least you can see it on the S4/GT/GTS intakes. The S3 intake plenums, IMO, are the most at risk due to the difficulty of checking the crevices inside.

Wouldn't it be possible for a "glob" of media to remain "lodged" indefinitely, and then eventually just come loose much later and get ingested..?
