Stopped in at Autosport Designs Inc. yesterday to inspect Strahans GTS. Beautiful Detailed Exterior and Interior minus the Drivers Window switch, Engine bay could do with a detailing and intake and cam covers done when it needs an Intake Refresh,Intake Air Tubes need replacing.

 

I don't think Strahan is a big enough celebrity to warrant the 27% price bump. Probably worth a few percentage points though, especially if the next buyer is a Giants fan. But I also agree that it sold a little light. It is still a 5-speed GTS with sub 100K on the clock and a rare color combo. Not many like that for sale under $100K recently.

 

Autosport Designs has hallucinatory askings, like Copley in MA and Aventura, also on Long Island.

 

They are negotiable on the price, But its condition and it being a manual transmission, I don't think they are asking more then its worth. Find another one in this condition with service records and a unique color combo.

 

Just looked at that GTS at Autosport Designs, beautiful car but if I'm paying $94.5k I would certainly want Sport Seats.

 

The car went to our local Classic Porsche dealer and had extensive work done to it including a new steering rack. I expect the price won't cover the buy in and repairs he put into it. Nice car interesting color but IMO a bit rough at least compared to mine when I saw it back in 2017. Not a fan of the rub strips.

While quality buyers remain, broad impulse buyer market has vanished with corona and market volatility. Stick with a reserve, buyers will come back when this gets fixed. I wish I had dry powder, would have jumped on the "community save" above!
