Keep in mind that I barely learned English (I am an engineer). He hung up on me when I asked if he spoke English. According to smog records, the car associated with the license plate in the photo hasn't passed smog since 2004. No key? Why does it look like it's in a public parking lot? Some red flags ...
The car exists. It has no title, and no key. It has dents on the roof, no rear quarter and a big heavy bash to the windshield. Low miles makes it interesting. Fender also has dents.

I see the window damage now. Also looks like what might be hail damage on the hood. Lots of little dents? Still an intriguing prospect if legit.
OK somebody local to this one has to check it out. 87 S4 for $3,800. Project level. Looks like it hasn't ran or been on the road for a few years but that interior looks really nice. Original finish on the wheels looks in good condition also. If the paint and body are also nice then it's definitely worth a roll of the dice for that price.
