T-stat is easy, but I'm 99% certain it's the pump.
I was kinda hoping the blown fan fuse would fix it.
I hope so. Can't wait to drive it.
It needs a PKT, of course, probably a water pump, and there's an excellent pizza place a block away.
It has a 'super dark blue' T-belt already, so I'm probably going to pull the center cover, pop in a PKT and WP, w/o removing the balancer, and eat all the pizza.

Interior pics added.
Who knew? Seat blocks are square! Not all squished/stretched flat.
I will likely lose the already tenous grasp of reality that I have now, but I'm excited to have more EPROM memory to work with.
Lots of room for custom code, multiple maps...
There's a little bit of what I call 'bracketing' at the first torque peak on the stock chip, 3000|3200|3400, but not at the second torque peak.
Don't need the first couple of columns, 560|680|870, for cruise, so that frees up new divisions higher up.
What I'm hoping to do, for even more definition, is to split the base/cruise maps into 2+ maps. Having multiple maps for finer splits between rpm and load.

Ken, do you need an ST2 and a pair of PEMs to play with? I'd be happy to provide a loaner for a while.
