Don, the thought crossed my mind, but I would really feel bad about not taking BLU82! Even scaled back looks like about $500... and while that is not a ton of money when you get hit with a bill about 5X higher than the already high number you expected you start counting pennies! UGH!

You guys have a great time! Think about those left behind! To the 928 Owners Club Regional reps who are going, try and help Marc White and Terry out at the Owners Club table if you can! Give them a little break!

Don’t worry guys. I have found backup photo models. They are from the Daughters of the Revolution Quilter’s Guild.

Meet Fran. She is 82 years young. She is 4’10”. She wore a size 6 shoe before her bunion surgery 12years ago – size 5 after. Her Fav Song: You Can Leave Your Hat On.

Next we have Martha. She is a very young 79. She enjoys short walks on level ground, the minty smell of bengay, and rocking out to the golden oldies. She is looking forward to meeting someone special she can spend her Octogennial birthday with.

Damn .... you guys are going to have all the fun!! I would have enjoyed clashing walking frames and having a raspberry cordial with one of those beauties.

James, excuse not accepted.

You can do this! Just keep on a tight budget, and sit next to people who look like they'll cover the bar bill.

Forget the extras (trailer, etc.) and just show up! Remember, with this community, it's the people more than the cars (barely ).

Sorry to hear this, Alex. Family first. Always.

The lucky winners for the two free sets of outer window seals are Andrew Olson and Kenny West.
Mike Hendricks will aslo be partipating in the fitment as he has a set already.
Mike will be supervising the work so your participation is required.

I don't have as much done with the WW Liners as I had hoped to have done by now. I have them almost finally fitting the GTS4, and think that with a little adjustment in the form and/or a slight modification in one of the mounting brackets it will be a final fit. What I am going to do is button it all up where I have it to this point and bring it with me to show and tell. Tony will be off the hook for the field test of his ability to put a set in his GTS, but, a prototype set will be shipped to him a little later. Sorry, Tony, for depriving you of the lime lite!

I am bringing a few sets of the first draft of WW Liner installation instructions that will be available for some of you who might like to get a heads-up about how they are going to work.

I am bringing some of my other creations with me, however.

One of the things I am bringing is a newly created modification for the 928s that I have not previously announced or even mentioned to anyone, I think, in the 928 community. What I intend to do with it is modify someone elses 928 sometime before about 0700 saturday, and then we will have a contest to see who will be able to find and identify the modification before about noon. The first contestant who finds and correctly identifies the modification will be eligible for a prize, TBD. The entrance form will be time marked by me when I receive it/them. I will have a contest entrance form and instructions available at the Convention registration.

See you there. Drive very carefully.

Scavenger hunt, sort of, will start 0700 Saturday and last until noon unless no one can find it. Then maybe longer; or I might just disclose it at that point.
