Ok here's the latest. It will be easier to say what I have left vs what I have done.
1. Wiring harness for the pump, pressure switch, buzzer (pump warning)
2. PCV hoses in engine compartment
3. change fuel filter
4. Finish installing fuel/boost guages and pod inside car.
That's it. If I am diligent tonight, I should hear her run.

Woo Hoo !!
Just remember to breath and don't rush it as you get close to "complete". You'd hate to miss something due to excitement or make some silly mistakes at the last minute.
...fingers crossed for the midnight key turn

I have a dozen or so spots to check for leaks no joke. Oil supply lines, return lines, new injectors installed, new fuel sending unit, new fuel filter. I will be running around the car like a chicken with my head cut off making sure everything is leak free. Plus, I installed 24 lb injectors so I will crank it up, hit the sharktuner for autotuning at idle, and then start checking everywhere for leaks!!! This has been a lot of fun for sure.

Abby - I remember that yours started life as a "mid-mount", but with all the corrections you made to the initial design, did you maintain the mid or shift it aft to a rear-mount? MAF remain or did you end up moving it back to the stock position?
(a bit off topic, but still rear turbo oriented )

Almost there...
I managed to get the fuel filter replaced and the wiring harness about 1/2 way finished. Working late and Halloween decorations came first. I was so close that I almost called in sick today to finish it.
Here are a few more pics. You can see the oil return hose in the lower left hand side of the first picture is not zip tied just yet.
In the last picture, I mocked up the short return hose from the turbo to the pump; this is not attached just yet.
Trying again for tonight!!

They have both a water resistant "sock" that covers the filter and a metal shield to prevent water from getting splashed right on there.
I saw that STS also sells a snorkel kit that allows you to move the filter up into the wheel well or wherever there is space...
Good progress Mike.... video the startup for us to see/hear ...
