I shoot for 165. What does yours measure after the front is settled?
The springs have a 928 part number from Porsche - I have a pic of it somewhere just can't find it right now.... The reason I put the adjuster on the way I did was b/c of the WSM however, these are Bilsteins so would it necessarily need to be installed the same way as the Porsche adjuster? I didn't measure the height b/c I have 19s on the front and they are a bit taller than the OE 17s. I cannot lower it any further so do you see a problem flipping the adjuster over in order to gain some adjustibility? I'm not happy with the current height and cutting the spring is not an option so I'm going to try it.

Oh man! That really sucks! I've been following your progress on this project. Very ambitious to say the least. I'll be painting my Japanese/Swiss mudflaps..... out of the weather.

Well, the early 928 front springs were longer, but that's real early. Also, you won't be the first person to put the adjuster on that way....from Carl's site....but it looks like it would be hard to get a wrench on the adjuster.

THAT is the one thing I'm worried about....... Wonder if the long collar on the adjuster could be cut down ~1/2" or, if there is some sort of spacer to give you more room to get the spanner on the adjuster?

BTW Bill, Carl shows that as the only pic with the adjuster and shock together and doesn't say NOT to install this way..... One has to think it is not incorrect to install the adjuster oriented in this manner?

As long as the other side makes contact all around equally would that really matter? I did however notice the same thing. When I take mine apart tomorrow I'll see if the look the same.

Thanks guys on the comments regarding the Panny. It's quite a car although suspension woes on the GTS have prevented me from being able to bond with it......

I admit it!! It really is a sickness with us although I've gotten to experience a pretty wide variety of cars over the years.....
