Absolutely stunning work! Might be the best non-professional bodyman work I've seen on a 928. Is this your first time doing this???? WOW!

You have some exceptional skill and I can't wait to see the smiles when it's all back together

And, Dean, you've done a spectacular job. Looks like a big, fast Jolly Rancher. That's a good thing. Well done.

WOW looks better than new!!

Maybe silly comment, but you are replacing the rubbers on the front and rear bumpers? (looks like the rubber on the rear bumper is also painted).

Cheers

That is just a test fit. There is no beading yet. I need to order some soon.

Fogey1,
Sorry for the late reply, Yes one of the 3M products is made to fix or create inner tabs. And they also have a special film that you use to fabricate the tab on and then just sand the tab to the size and form you need.
I'll get the part numbers and pictures posted later as well as the sequence they recommend for the repair.
Cheers,
Tom

Well I had to try this. I will have to see it all together but I disassembled the grill. Painted the horizontal blades green and the vertical brackets black. This will then have some green lines across what would of been a totally black grill.
