Sorry Dave, I didn't mean to lump you in. I know you understand my obsession....err OCD.

Ok I'll admit I'm a bit messed in the head when it comes to driving long distances in the 928. Just can't bare to mess her up and I need another one to drive! Trust me, I'm working towards making that happen.

Anyways, lets get back to the event discussions. All this talk about Mr. Rum, Mrs Vodka but I didn't hear anything about Ms. Whiskey and cousin Beer ....what's up with that!

I definitely drive it but I limit it to nice days and controlled environments. It's a Sunday driver & Show Car.

On this trip I'm planning on driving down from MA to VA with my wife and the kids (2&5), detailing supplies (will be polishing a 928 in VA) and of course a weeks worth of luggage. My fear is the kids messing up the leather, rock chips and having to redo the engine bay /undercarriage if it starts pouring rain. The cleaning isn't nearly as big a deal as the chips and kids in the interior. One look at my wifes SUV and you'll understand.

Like I said, I need a second shark to drive and not worry about. But first I need a lift in the garage to open up a third spot. I also have to ease into the second shark, wife gives me a hard enough time about the first one.
