FYI, new domain name for quick access to Sharks the Mountains details and registration.

www.928SITM.com

It might take a day for it to propagate across the web but working for me now.

:-)

Good News for those coming from the west
RALEIGH, N.C. — Transportation officials in North Carolina say the stretch of Interstate 40 closed by a rockslide should reopen soon.

The state Department of Transportation announced on Tuesday that the section of I-40 near the Tennessee border should be open to traffic on April 27. The stretch has been closed in both directions since the rockslide occurred last Oct. 25.

Would you like us to re-register if we signed up a while back using the old, pre-Beech Mountain form?

Funny you should say that. The other day at work, someone said, "... Oh, that's how you did it. I figured your foot was so far up <so-and-so's> *** that you broke it off."

Before anybody else asks privately: I ruptured my left Achilles tendon.

Good eye. You noticed it was my clutch foot. Seven cars and none of them a slush box.

I've got a bottle of nice white pills. But, I've only taken three. At this point the foot feels great. But, I was sternly warned by the SportsDoc's Russian Swimmer-looking Therapist that the foot would feel great and that nevertheless I needed to leave-it-the-eff-alone 'cause if I re-ruptured it then I'd be truly up the fecal estuary with nary a paddle.

Really good narcotics will make anything feel good, be careful Dave.
