Brilliant! Thanks to Rob and Andrew. Have printed off and laminated a chart with the Nm values to keep in garage. Can't think how much time I've spent tracking down a torque in the wsm. Also useful to have bolt sizes in one handy place (sometimes been at auto parts sales and wanted to buy bolts but not sure on sizes which I normally check in PET).

I'm so excited that you did this....there's only one problem. I can't find any of those numbers on my impact.....
But, now I can quit pounding those 8mm bolts into the 6mm holes.

I blame/credit you for the inspiration to do this - I send you a nice box of bagged and tagged nuts and bolts, and you send me back this!
Oh, and you can use these with your impact for engine assembly, no problemo. THey're Snap-On, should be plenty accurate:

Just had to torque the oil pump gear nut. Couldn't find it on the comprehensive list or in the WSM. It is an unspecified M10 nut, so the torque should be 30-34 ft. lbs. You might want to add it to the list.

I tore the front suspension and crossmember off the GTS last weekend and have a couple of additions to make, as soon as the hardware comes back from re-plating. Lots of little hex-head bolts on the front spindle that I hadn't met face to face before. There are more than a few bolts shown in PET that don't have measurements!

Rob,
I'll bet after looking at your engine compartment, the hardware on the rest of the car must look hideous!
The hideous looking stuff on your car would look like new stuff on my car....
This list has been so valuble out in the garage... THANK YOU!
