I'm definitely planning on being there. I booked a hotel room for Friday and Saturday and hopefully I can convince Rebecca that there will be OTHER fun things to do than just look at cars ;-).

.. What would a SF be without a pesky 951 nudging in...
Would it be a fashion faux pas to sport my SF '05 polo, hehe.
Looking forward to meeting new faces and rub elbows with the "oldsters".

We're booked, Fri/Sat at the Holidan Inn in Diamond Bar!
We'll probably be heading down east of the Cascades/Sierras through Bend & Susanville, Thurs eve at Lee Vining (and dinner at our favorite restaurant!!) then on to LA Friday.

Well it looks like another road trip in the 928. Have my reservations made for this event and I`m looking forward to seeing some of my caravan travelers from OCIC again. May even get Darien to drive over. This is a shorter drive than Texas, but I will travel thru Vegas. That has been know to hold me up....sometimes for days.... may need a search party.
Also may spend a couple extra days and see the Cali coastline before heading back to the desert. See you there. Kevin

Hi Kevin--
It's a very easy day's drive down from Lake Powell, if you gas up in AZ and then again in Cali. Saves the temptations when stopping in Nevada. It's literally the way taxes are paid in that state. Don't stop, don't pay. Seems so simple...
Right now the plan for me is to attend the Friday reception at the hotel, and -maybe- get in an hour or two on Saturday morning if the stars align correctly. Logistics for my 'other' event that day have yet to be finalized, and those will determine the mornionig schedule at Sharktoberfest.
Looking forward to seeing the whole west-coast OCIC caravan crew there.
