As I can't physically be there, at least I don't think so, I'd like to buy Pizzas for the GTG crew. Just let me know when and what kind you like or that Mark A. is familar with near his business and I will work it out.

Of course I'm in! I don't mind driving up there to help!
Yeah, I did put a lien on the car. Like I said in the long post, we kept ourselves as the lien holder, and he was the registered owner. This is what screwed me, legally the car was his to do what he wants with it. She told me for an example, he could just tell the judge that I sold him a car with non operational brakes and he replaced them with what brakes he has that would work. Also, I could see a judge asking
"Do the brakes work?"
me: "Yes, but..."
judge "Case closed"
See what I mean?
What really sucks is I have court on the 24th facing a $1400 operation without insurance ticket... not to mention the illegal turn.
Hopefully I can argue that the car was not mine at the time, but I already told the CHP officer that pulled me over I just repo's the car, which legally makes it mine? I don't know. I have to go talk to Mr. Ticket.
Wait... this is a PORSCHE forum for crying out loud! There have to be at least a hundred attorneys on here!
Oh, that would be the 997 side... there probably all too busy bragging about who got the most child molesters innocent verdicts. Oops, didn't mean to offend any attorneys, I'm sure not all of them think rapist deserve a 15th chance... (there I go wearing my heart on my sleeve again)
But seriously, do you think if Mike was on the newer 911 forum, the guys would come through for him they these guys did???

I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but at least I'm a tool.
Wait that didn't come out quite right.

If I recall wasn't your car a 5 spd and bb79 had the auto installed after you inspected it? Maybe 928 int can get your trans changed back as well? On a more serious note this is why I send most of my $ to 928 int for parts. Way to step up Mark and help out another 928 owner!

Gentelman, Lets stop nit-picking and get Mike on the road. I'll bring any and all welding equipment, plasma cutter, and a case of Wild Turkey. After we get Mike's car fixed, and all liquored up we can ****** up Steve's slimey ***, and castrate him with a spoon and a pair of side cutters. Get him a ticket on the Hound, and send him back to Kansas with his little dog too.
