You remember what Lorelei said about you (no, not that comment) about finally meeting the great Mark Anderson.

To a lot of people, the thought of actually meeting you is beyond their comprehension, so Kibort is a close second, or third, or fourth...maybe a top 20. Somewhere up there.

Sort of like a priest is how most people meet the pope.

I've met mr ford in person. he's a great guy, intelligent, articulate and very well mannered. we have traded some 928 parts during our meetings and he was always careful to make sure everything was ok, was VERY fair on every transaction and interaction we had.

his sense of humor is a bit dry, but compared to mine, he's a friggin saint.

I never understood why he got banned, most of us regulars have been a PITA to a larger degree at least a dozen times or more.

I have no idea what he did that would have called for a what looks like a permanent ban. Whatever oddball questions he may have had never lit my fuse.

About the only things I would say that would justify a ban are threats, personal attacks, and some extremely tasteless, inciting acts which are well enough spelled out in the posting-guidelines, but the banning process here has seemed rather arbitrary.
