Looks a bit washed out imo. The watch as designed had more visual "pop" to it. I suppose it helps to have the redline hashes dark red as that will be what you see 95% of the time you are wearing it. Not much occasion to be in total darkness and need for the Superlumi as far as I am concerned.
I'd be more pleased with a watch that looks best in light (closer to the orginal design) than one that has Superlumi.
Is it possible to change the second hand to include a round dot at the end of it? Would help/look better as it moved around the dial and would be easier to see in the dark as well.

I dunno, something has been lost in the quest for the SuperLumi. I prefer it look better in daylight than in the dark.

Ok, I have to ask...how big is your wrist? (just joking!)
I have to agree with Dan, it does look washed out and I am more concerned about how it will look in the light than in the dark.

But let's hold tight till Chris posts the "real" pics. We might be pleasantly surprised.

Chris, you stated that they are only going to have the first 50 available. Is that 1 thru 50, or the 50 numbers that we have already reserved? It doesn't really matter to me, I would just like to know. Thanks, Joe

A CGI image and a production image will have differences.
These are the hands that are being produced. I don't think we want gloss hands (like the CGI image) that don't glow.

Chris,
Do you have the watch in your possession yet? if so, have you taken some quality photos so that we can get a true representation of how the watch truly looks. I have concerns that poor quality photos were even released when everyone has been waiting patiently (mostly) to see this watch. Since we don't have the capability to see in the flesh, at least not in the next day or two, all we can go by is what is shown here on Rennlist.
I hope you understand where I'm coming from, not trying to be difficult, but I've been collecting watches for several decades and quality in both the images that we have to judge this watch by and of the physical timepiece its self is paramount.
I'm also with the others that have chimed in that the watch needs to retain the characteristics that the original mock-up depicts. If the superlumi is creating a problem on the hands and dial face, maybe another avenue needs to be looked into. Since this a limited edition and one time run, I would be more in favor of getting it correct than getting it early.
My two cents...
Thanks
