Default CPRacing: New 928 Products....?

Gentlemen,

I have recieved quite a few PM's from 928 owners asking if I could come over and provide some new parts for you guys like I have been doing for the 951 owners.

I specialize in molded plastic exterior and interior parts. Materials range from ABS, High Impact Plastics (HIPS), Lexan, Polycarbonate, etc.......

Recent and ongoing projects for the 951:
-one piece Batwing (OEM skid plate)/splitter in 2 trims....street (2" lip) annd race (4" lip)
-component speaker adaptors in OEM finishes
-968 style FG wings/spoilers
-clear lenses (every lens on the car is available in clear or smoke finish)
-updated side skirts (in OEM matching materials/finish)
-944 NA front spoiler/splitter
-dash mounted gauge pods (in OEM surround matching finish)
-Cup style mirrors

This is just to give you an idea of what can be done.

As I have no idea what you gents may be looking for (everyone that PM'd me had a different request ), please clue me in if there is something I can help you with.

There is nothing that cannot be made, and at a reasonable cost if the demand fits.

Thanks for your time and let me know what you want.

Thanks Patrick. I hope that a few of us could come to some conclusion where we can use your services.

I, personally, am interested in a dash. Yes, an entire dash. In plastic, so that it could be covered in alcantara and some other stuff, maybe leather.

See - my theory on the dash leather pulling issues is that the base dash is metal. Thick, dense, soft metal. In the sun it heats up past where a plastic or rubber dash would, and there fore gets hotter, longer. This then affects the longevity of ANYTHING you put on it. Leather, vinyl, etc.

Its alsot quite heavy. But thats my personal issue. I think many people could possibly agree on a lighter, well made but less-structurally dense dash made from some form of plastic that can either be used bare, or covered in something.

A base mounting (speaker adaptor) for the rear 6.5" speakers. For my application there is not a need for a cover, just a base that seats well to the curved panel and that is strong.

Gonna have to noodle on this for a bit, but the first thing that comes to mine would be a splitter for the S4 front end.

If you sell the mirrors on here, cheap enough- you'll sell out every time. When will they be ready? Sign me up.

An extension inboard of the 928 guage pod could be useful for gauges and other instruments.
Right now I have a clamshell aluminum PDA case stuck to the center of the dash for my GPS.
There's nothing above the center vents right now and it's a nice high place for locating gauges.

Some kind of small pod for the center dash area that could have some gauges and also incorporate the radar detector to give it a built in stealthy look.
The clear or smoked lenses sound sweet.
Maybe a whole rear seat delete speaker box/tool locker thing
