Tim:

Jim, Dennis and I are caravanning up. It looks like we will be getting a little bit later start than I thought, so we will meet you guys in Truckee at 10AM. We will probably be early, but would rather meet you there than cut it too close at the hotel.

Tim,
Ken and I are leaving LA early tomorrow; just a reminder to check on chicken for me for dinner (don't eat red meat or fish)...will be bringing 10 DVD's of last year's event and our camera's to do another DVD for this year. Look forward to seeing you and all the rest.

This was not just another awesome event. It was the smoothest Sharks at the Lake of all times!

Thanks, Tim and Cheryl, for outdoing yourselves again, and for your wonderful hospitality!

If I counted correctly, there were more than 30 sharks present. In addition, every human present got a present in the raffle!

But really, we came for the fun, for being together with our friends who share the same passion, and to see the beautiful scenery of the Lake Tahoe area.

I can't wait for the next one; by then the wounds on my shark's belly should be healed. The scars - it will carry them with pride.

I can't say "thank you" enough!

Hello again to Jim and Sue Corenman. What a great coincidence to meet again, now through 928's.

Happy Monday.

Yes, I can't thank Tim & Cheryl enough. Another fabulous event, and they have raised the bar yet again. Tim gets a "Grill Man Extraordinaire" prize for Sunday's efforts. Yum! It was great to meet up with old friends and make some new ones. As usual, the weekend was too short to really engage with so many good people, resulting in lots of divided attention... one of the reasons we all have to keep coming back.

Robin really wanted to come, but could not commit by the deadline for dinner checks so I let it go in hopes that if she *could* come, I might be able to pick up the dinner slot from one of the inevitable dropouts. Alas, it was not to be, just when it looked doable she was hit with a huge workload. One of the few downsides that comes along with the relative simplicity and other bennies of running a sole proprietorship.

P.S. -- To Debbie & Debra -- Robin really lit up at the prospect of a "spa day"... I think she'll be coming to Sfest, especially if that's on the table.

Great time all around. Managed to make it to the Saturday funride for once, even if I did mislead Jim into taking a shortcut to lunch and winning the Rubber Chicken award. Got to meet a lot of new peeple as well as reaquaint with many others. Bigtime kudos to Tim & Cheryl again!

You guys who had cameras - let's see some pics!

CalNeva had an unsecured network. Worked great for me, but I had no camera!

THANK YOU Tim & Cheryl, for a great weekend! It was great to see that many sharks in one place, the fun-rides were over some of the fun-est roads anywhere, the food was great and the organization was superb! And the best part was meeting some of the great folks from here, and putting real faces to avatars. This was our first time but we will definitely be back.

And yes we got some pix, will get them posted tonight after we get home. Sue is currently dodging traffic in Portland, I'm sending this via a cell-card but that doesn't work so well for pictures...

Cheers, Jim & Sue

Another incredible event. I just can't imagine the amount of hard work and expense that has to go into an event of this quality and organization.

Tim and Cheryl are truely unique individuals and the 928 community is especialy blessed (I never use that hokey word) to have them in our midst.

If the rest of the world knew what an amazing value this event is, there would be a 100 Shark's there.

Thanks Tim and Cheryl. Once again I am humbled by your generosity.
