argh... my friggin trans is still apart, doubt it'll be done by the weekend, also spent a small fortune on a booth at a local trade show thurs and friday at LAX, so I suppose I should be there to make sure someone sells something or it doesn't catch fire at least... very bummed to say the least. hopefully, I'll make enough to pay for the trans & more goodies though

Situation looks better now. My kingdom for a simpler life.
FWIW. I plan on taking 99 on the way up. I know thats out of everyone's way, but I should be leaving bako @ 8:30ish. If anyone ends up going that way, the walkie talkie will be on CH9,Code28.

Most of you don't realize that there is a lot of history in the Cal Neva. If I can arrange a special tour of the secret caves under the hotel would any one be interested. It would have to be immediately after the Saturday drive about 4pm or so. for a special group it would be $8 per person.
Anybody interested? Should I try to arrange it?
