1-14-08 Update:
Yesterday was my birthday, so my wife and kids gave me time! Time to work on the car...
I hadn't touched the car since we re-installed the engine. The first thing for me to do was to re-install the clutch and re-attach the exhaust.
Everything went smoothly, and this time I remembered to have the intermediate shaft and the guide tube on the clutch pack the first time.
When we dropped the engine in, we couldn't locate the lower bolts for the upper bellhousing. I found them... they were in the bags for the exhaust because there is a stay on each side that ties the upper bellhousing to the exhaust. Go figure.
Up next is starter, clutch slave, power steering pump, alternator, AC, repair and routing of harness, and SCer installation. I'm waiting on my power steering pump as the rebuild kits do not work on the '91 power steering pump. I sent it out to see if we could come up with a kit. Everything else is pretty much ready to bolt up.

Andrew- were your exhaust stays ok? One of mine was completely broken, and the other has a crack in it. (Dunno whether I broke them dropping the exhaust, but I don't think so. Got 'em on order (they're ~$10 ish.)

Glad I'm not the only one..... Lifting the clutch pack once is a good workout, twice is a bit much! I need to write a gory-detail clutch R&R for dummies.

As for the stays, they were fine. No issues.

Andrew,
Since you suggested i remind you, here goes.
Let me know if you can take some pics of the TS intake and intercooler for me. I would love a few pics of it.

Today I finished the power steering and the alternator. Tonight/tomorrow I'll bolt up the AC. I still have a little repair work I need to perform on the harness at the multi-pin connector on the passenger fender and a few other odds and ends. But it's coming along rather well.
Here you go.
(Disclaimer: I haven't cleaned it up yet. You can see the gasket is still on there.)

I may pull my intake if I decide to install knock sensors....my intake gaskets are also the "green" type that you have affixed to your manifold. What is the source for the material?
Thanks,
Ken
PS: My LM-1 should be here tomorrow.

I had some difficulty getting the rubber o-rings in and that "Right Stuff" went everywhere. I hope to do a better job this time.

Your manifold looks very much like my "Andy" one. My injector seals, the same as shown, were trouble-free for the 1 1/2 years I had the SC on with no goop needed. Other people reported the seals degenerated or became brittle. Andy's seals were a McMaster-Carr part that wasn't designed for this environment. I understand DR has redesigned the manifold in his final production kit to remedy this and other issues.
Also, I should report that a persistent rough idle when warm has finally been diagnosed by Embree Specialty Machine. He looked over Andy's manifold, sent to him by some guys in CO who have Andy kits they are getting ready to install, and quickly deduced that the base did not have near enough internal spacers or screws around the periphery to maintain its shape and seal. Andy had us crank up the torque on the manifold bolts and put RightStuff everywhere when a better solution would have been what Embree came up with, short of a complete redesign.

The green stuff looks like linoleum. I'm thinking of going back to the stock gasket and some spacers to prevent over compressing it, like stock. It may be a bit higher, but I'm going with a smaller pulley too. It should be able to take 6+ PSI if it can handle -20 engine vacuum. Other than to make the manifold low, I'm not sure why this green stuff should be needed.

I'm not going to be running this intake for much longer. DR has a totally different intake now. In fact, I was just talking to DR a few minutes ago about when I can get it. Unfortunately, he doesn't have one quite ready for me now. but he promised it'll be before SITM... for sure! So, for now, I'm going to go back to this setup and I'll dyno it to see where I'm at. It's got to be close to 500.
As for the rubber seals, DR suggested I put some of the right stuff on there to ensure a good seal, but maybe it's overkill? Thanks for the tips.
