What a great, friendly guy. He rescued one of our own, "Rock", on the way home from Fest 2007. I will certainly miss him.

I'm a bit concerned because all the pictures I have of Scott he's holding a beer. If anyone thinks these should not be posted, please let me know and I'll remove them. He was a very fun guy to be around.

I could not imagine losing one of our own like this, especially someone known to me as a good driver, I guess we will never know the true conditions / cause for the loss of control in the moment .......this fun loving, generous, bright spirited guy will surely be missed forever in our family. Ahh Scotty, not so soon my friend!!! My warmest and most heartfelt condolences are extended to all of his family and friends.

I am shocked and sadened to hear of Scott's untimely death. He was a great guy any always was fun to be with. I will miss him and wish I knew Scott as well as many of you.

My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

It would be nice to take a moment at Frenzy and tell some great stories about Scott and his love of life and cars, I think he would have liked that.

Sincerely,
Glenn

Damn it. Just damn it. I don't know what to say.

Like D.R. said, Doc would give you the shirt off his back. A couple of years ago, when my '91 died on track at Beaver Run with a fragged fuel pump on a Friday afternoon, I called Scott, rented a car, drove to his house and he had a fuel pump waiting for me.

A year or so previous, my wife Jane and I along with Jay Kempf over-nighted at his house before the run down the BRP to SITM. He and Josie were great hosts. Josie must be totally devastated. Jay's probably also shocked into an altered state. Doc and Jay were inseparable at 928 events.

SITM and other events are just not going to be the same without him.

Already planned, Matt D and I have been talking about doing something in Scott's memory to give to Josie.

This is just not right. Doc Mohr was a close friend in the 928 community, and I am truly saddened to hear this news. His was one of the "special" faces I always looked forward to at SITM.

I am speechless...

WOW. I just still cant get over it. We recently became what I consider close but nothing like so many others here. Such a great guy. If Josie sees this, thanks so much for your hospitality and hang in there. Frenzy will be very different this time and I'm, phew..., great memories.
