What is being shown is NOT cross drilling but "drill it like a Chevy" . The stock cranks ARE all cross drilled (two holes per rod bearing journal) the issue is believed to be the feed path from the main bearing ...

Here are the pics...
Just to add a bit more colour... The GTS engined race car is stupidly fast (420Bhp, MOTEC engine management, ITBs, 7500rpm rev limit) and runs on Michelin Pilot Cups. The car has competed for a season and there has been no problems with the engine so far... The crank has not been drilled...

Beautiful welds. Looks very good. So price includes oil pan, no need to send core? How about oil storage tank, also included? In any case I'm somewhat interested if there is still enough room to fit aircon above oil pump for example. What about rest of the auxiliaries, all need to be moved one step forward?

There will be enough space left to fit the smaller CS/GT/GTS aircon compressor without a problem.
The auxiliaries will not need to move fwd at all. Have a look at one of the pictures, which gives you the profile of the pulleys...

i dont know if the aircon pulley is removed in order to fit the oil pump pulley but i will be finding out exactly from neil at pace, i think the aircon pulley is gone though. these are nice pics and the welding looks very very nice. the core sump pan needs to be in reasonable shape to be welded, so any definite interest?? alex and i are both keen to get an order processing with pace..

pace are a professional outfit so i know they will be able to sort out shipping to the usa without any problem, locating a suitable core over here shouldnt be a problem either. they have a 6-8 week expected turn around time.
the cost will be determined to some extent by the number of parts neil at pace gets a commitment to selling ie if the number of kits goes up then the price comes down, to a point. i think the only major parts that will be missing from the kit will be the oil tank but then this can probably mean you can fabricate it to fit wherever you would like it.

Price is exactly what is expect for a custom drysump system.
Do you have any pictures of the inside of the pan?
The pump pulley looks very large. What is the drive ratio (crank and pump pulley sizes?) and the size of the pump stages your using?

john, these are the only pics we have but the inside does have baffles, i believe pace has extensive experience with both rally and touring cars here in the UK. i think the drive ratio pictured is aprox 2:1 but could be reduced for supercharged applications to reduce blowby gasses in the crank. im also not sure of the pump specifications, but i know that it works correctly on the 928.

Reason is, I have my SC setup with special pulley, and I will have space where the air pump used to be... I am sure I can get a Dry sump pump in that space (looks like the same space in your pic posted above) In addition, I have lots of AN-12 lines and fittings in my garage...
