Hold on with that, I f*cked up the total.

I've been downloading an excel file of my paypal account since the start of the donation drive. One of the payments was in a pending status for over a week, so I just grabbed the total from the bottom thinking it wasn't a big deal.

Well what I didn't notice until this morning, PayPal listed that payment twice - once as pending then once again as an "update". So when I added up the donation column, I grabbed that one twice!! So the grand spankin total is off by $200. I'm sending a copy of this report to Andrew for the drawing anyway, so he can verify there isn't anything funny going on here.

Sorry gang - kinda scary when you consider I do my own taxes.



So with that and a donation or two after my last update, the current total is:

3049.28

Interestingly, we rasied over $500 just yesterday! Way to go!

This just keeps getting better!!! An undisclosed Rennlist member just contacted me, said that if the total gets to $3500 before the drawing he will match Andre’s $500 kicker donation!!!!

What this means is as soon as it hits the $3500 mark, Andre will kick another $500 and then this other member will match it and viola, we’re at $4500 just like that.

This member wants to remain anonymous so he has asked for his name not to be entered into the drawing for the steering wheel.

So come on guys!!! Let’s keep this thing rolling!!

Wow! that's great news, Erik! C'mon people, today of all days we should rejoice that it is 9/28 and donate to this cause. Only a few hundred more to go!

I haven't saved every version, but most. Today's thought bubble was going to say, "I'll drive every race naked with pink toe nails!" but I didn't want people to think that was your picture!
