All the new "fo shizzle" wheels for the Porsche Pepper Trucks are our offsets, and good widths. And cheap.
Probably very heavy.

I am addicted to this thread. I swear I look through it from the beginning about once a week... I may never decide on wheels if I keep looking at all these pics...

New this year from OZ... in 17". Not outrageously expensive, either. I want to stick with 17's, myself.

Now I just need to see if they come in a 928 friendly offset.

No the front has not settled yet, that'll happen soon enough. I still need the smallest of width spacer for the front due to the dust caps pushing the wheel caps out slightly; getting wheel locks & I need to paint my lug nuts too. Might raise my ride height some more too while I'm at it.
The biggest of thanks to CeeDee for driving 3 hours one way yesterday to come up & help me get my intakes & such back on AND for flaring my rear fenders! He didn't leave until we finished at 11pm & he still had another 3 hour drive home! His shark looks awesome too with my former 17" Sport Edition C-2 Turbo, Cup wheels!
Sebring here I come!

I wanted Euro928 or 928Euro but couldn't get the shark tag with that choice.

Ha! That'd work just fine, good thinkin! Yeah when I went for mine the first month they came out, I tried SEVEN different 928/shark related choices & they were all taken. I'd about given up on choices while standing at the counter, after waiting an hour to get my number called! Fortunately the 928V8 was available so I went with that one & have loved it since! There is supposed to be a web site available for checking on whether a tag is available or taken here in Fla, but I couldnt ever track it down.
Hey, if you wanna be added to our Florida 928 email list just send me an email with your contact info to my email at: mel@melgward.com
We currently have 55 or so people on the list. Allows you to keep up with any and all stuff Florida 928 related and to contact the rest of us should you have a reason to reach out.
Has worked well overall, especially with our two Florida Shark events, the Sebring Shark Shiver and Sharks at Daytona.

Opinions on this wheel. I bought 2 rears off Ebay a couple of years ago. They were advertised as midnight blue metallic, 18 x 10 ET 65. they are actually 18 x 10 ET40 and I doubt will fit anything but a widebody 911. The color isn't midnight blue either, it is the lighter shade when set next to my 968.

Since the last few posts of this this thread look at painted centers, and retter1126's thread, "I bought a Willhoit GTS!" starts to wander off in that direction, I started thinking....
I didn't want to hijack retter's post, so I'll post here.
Just food for thought:
[EDIT - changed the centercap from silver to black]
