Got my sample about the same time as Keith. The 928 isn't real dirty, so I will hold off on doing the evaluation until next weekend. Beeg spent a fortune sending out samples, so I certainly owe him a fair evaluation. I like Keith's observation that it seems to dissolve bake dust well. I always have to be very careful to scub the wheel lip extra well or I leave some stuck there. Thanks for the sample, beeg. Report coming.

Whilst we wait for more testers in the USA and Canada to post I thought I should share this with you. Get Google to translate for you. LOL

New Testimonial from Japan!

P-horse, Japan

I have finally had the chance to try the magic wash and I am happy to report that we will endorse it to our customers through our shop, with your blessings, of course. I washed my own Porsche 993 twin turbo with it and I found it terrific. The color of my car is Arena Red, which, as you know, shows up dirt very easily. Unlike Australia or California during dry spells, we do have ample water in Japan. So, we will offer your product as a quick and convenient detailing fix for those people who want to spruce up their rides without taking it to the local car wash. It should also appeal to those who live in apartments here without quick access to a garden hose.

I look forward to trying the other products in the demonstration bundle you sent us and I will report on those as we test them out.

As promised, the magic wash is obviously environmentally friendly and our adverts for your products will emphasize the three points I have mentioned: a convenient detailing product; doesn't require much water; and a great green product to use with confidence.
We are still revamping our web site and within a month hope to finish the English version of it with pictures of your products on it as a car care package that includes: RejeX, Magic Wash, and another scratch filler and gloss restorer that my partner has found here. So: Magic Wash to clean the car; RejeX to protect it; and my partner's product to smooth out scratches and bring out the gloss. I am especially interested in the water spot remover in our demo package. We just need a car to test it on.

I performed extensive comparison testing. I'm just waiting for Bill Ball to listen to his voicemail so I can post the huge hi-res pics somewhere

Heinrich:

Send images to billball@gmail.com. No more than 10MB per message.

My phone alerts me to voicemail about a week after it is sent.

Cool, I'm interested to see your results. Did it stay dry there long enough to check the shine?

Default WARNING - LARGE FILES

Here are my two test vehicles. A Ford Bronco and a 928. This is BEFORE the treatment. the Bronco was filthy and the 928 was pretty clean but was in sore need of a wax on the rear bumper, and could have used a wash. Pay CLOSE attention to the tar on the driver's fender by the tail light, and notice also that I started with a rear bumper cover that was faded and showed some sort of ghost/watermark spots.
http://billsworkshop.com/billsworksh...inrich/before/

I decided to not start on the Porsche, but see what this stuff could do on my filthy Bronco. I didn't have a spray bottle so I decided to try Meguiars and Armorplate and the winner would get to keep its spray bottle, the loser's bottle would be sacrificed and washed clean for Magic Wash use. I did so, and here are the results: (btw you can skip the last pic in ewach set, it shows just the product and rag condition afterwards(clean for every run):

Meguiars Quick Detailer:
http://billsworkshop.com/billsworksh...rich/meguiars/

and
Armorall Armorplate:
http://billsworkshop.com/billsworksh...einrich/armor/

Both these above products did pretty well and I felt they were feeding the paint, but didn't do much on the tar, so i picked one and used the Armorall spray bottle, cleaned it and filled it with Magic Wash. So, I set out to test Magic Wash on both the Bronco and Porsche. Here following, in pics 62 through 68, you can see the results of Magic Wash on my Bronco and Porsche. I started as instructed, with a damp chamois, but one minute of wiping dirt with the chamois as recommended, convinced me to stop and use a dry toweling cloth as with the other products. The result with the two rags were IDENTICAL, trust me I rtried and tested them carefully. here are the Magic Wash results:
http://billsworkshop.com/billsworksh...h/miraclewash/ remember, pics 62-68. Pic 65 is IMHO the most telling, where it shows the Magic Wash top-right still wet, and some tar I tried getting off with the Magic Wash and my finger as instructed. Remember that pic is WET with magic Wash.

So ..... I looked at the results in disbelief, and went to try two of the three stalwarts I have used for a long time: Rejex (pics 69 and 70) and then finally 3M Perfect-It Machine Glaze (which I applied by hand only in this test). 3M is pics 71-76. The Rejex disappointed me here, and the 3M came through perfectly, likely because the rear cover was pretty well oxidised, and Rejex is more like a protectant of already-good paint. So the only thing that deleted the tar completely was 3M.

It should be noted that only 3M and Rejex required elbow grease, likely because they are the only two that are not car wash liquids but rather shine or polishing liquids.

So ... those are my findings. You guys get to draw your own conclusions.

H- was this "good" disbelief or "bad" disbelief? To me it sounds like you were impressed. I'm not.

Just an FYI...if you want to remove tar or bugs and such(bird crap) real fast, spray on some WD40 and wipe away!
The best stuff I had found (period).

I'd like to sincerely thank Beej for sending me a sample of this stuff, and to perform and report on, my independent testing. You don't get any more up-front than that

They sell a quick detail spray here in the US from meguirs that works great. No pyramid schemes, amway like meetings or independent business opportunitiy hassles needed!!!! Available at wally world and your all set.
I dont care what is in the stuff, as long as it cleans the car.
