I did not notice, i was too busy checking out that engine bay, i couldn't even tell you what brand of tire he is running. I can say that Jim and Beverly are very nice people and Lynn and I took pleasure in spending quite a bit of time with them during SITM. Jim, if you're lurking Lynn and I are sorry we lost you guys on the run to DR's after dinner, but then again you might have been blocked in had you followed us

Jim mentioned it to me on Sunday morning as i was bitching about my right/front wheel making noise. Some people may remember i had my factory jack out in the parking lot at Little Sienna to check my right/front wheel because it was squealing and the car had reduced power. The reduced power turned out to be altitude sickness i guess because once i left the mountains the ole' 86.5 ran like a raped date again. Anyway the noise turned out to be a VERY slightly bent rotor just BARELY brushing my new, cheap, and already glazed brake pads and making a little squeeling noise.

Jim Condax did an impromptu tire swap on Dave Robert's lift on sunday.
Hate telling someone with an immaculate to a T 928 that 2 tires were running backwards.
Pics of SITM to be up soon.

My alternator was as immaculate as Jim's car after the rebuild.

My car missed all the other sharks sooo much that it shed my driver's mirror.

Got my pictures of SITM 2005 posted up.

Great pics, Ern! Looks like driving a topless shark is causing Tarek to lose his hair .

Folks, I have to say, there are some great looking cars out there on the eastern edge! I am truly impressed at all the beautiful rides...not one of them looked like a "beater". It's hard to say if the cars out here on the western edge look as good as yours

Great pics and great fun. I guess I am going to have to pony up one of these years and attend. Congrats to D & J and all those who attended. Sounds/Looks like you all have a great event happening out there!

I can't believe I procrastinated for so long. But hey may be I can extend the life of the thread a tad longer. Was memorable as usual. Needless to thank Dave, Jeannie, Wally, and crew for the event. Also thanks to

- Constantine and Diane for waiting and caravaning from Florida
- Sarah for offering to ride with someone else so I get to drive unburdened by the possibility of killing someone other me
- DR for letting me drive behind him
- Rixter for giving me his parking spot to work on my car
- DR for letting me borrow tools
- Eric and Sarah for helping with the wrenching on Saturday night
- Bobby (from Atlanta) for offering me badly needed windshield wipers for the return trip
- Wally and Jay Kempf for their wisdom and direction in repairs and diagnosis
- Richard for waiting and caravaning back down to Florida
- John Krawcyzk for changing his mind about stealing my seats
- Everyone who asked about the beloved Bertha with roof rack and camera mount
- The weatherman and SPF 30 sunblock
- My hair stylist

...ok now it's getting silly. Hope you all make it for next year
