No, I'm going with a box fade instead.... "Rollin' in my 5.7"

Btw, I don't know what I was thinking about that v8 badge. It's definitely not staying on the car.

got to drive the "Camaro" today- loads of power and plenty of potential. Still tracking down some steering issues but cant wait.

BTW_ what ever happened to the guy making the new headers for this thing?

I bought a set of the headers. The headers look really nice, but I haven't had a chance to fit them. They are up on the website as available to purchase.

That's a Ford badge, anyway...

Thanks, for all of the work you guys put into the headers. I know mine were shipped directly from S&P.

I need to update this thread badly. The car is running and driving, and I've been having too much fun with it to sit down and post stuff. Still working out a few bugs, but overall the car is awesome.

Ok, so here are a few pics of my ls1 swap, about 99% complete.

Still have some harness to wrap and need to shorten the fuel lines and one of the coolant hoses. Also, need to re-do the manual steering shaft (we clocked the u-joints wrong). And, make a transmission brace. And get the a/c compressor lines made. And an oil catch can. Ok, so there's still a bit of work to do, but it's drivable!
