I think I fixed the undead battery problem by cleaning the door switch. And tried to clean my window switches and failed.

Made up a Bill of Sale for the 944S. My son put it on Craigslist yesterday. It's the last running 944 in the family...BooHoo. At less than $3K I think he won't have any problems.

Picked up the bulbs needed for the front and put in the new turn bulbs.

Removed the flat on the front passenger side......did a quick soapy water check......no joy....will check again in the morning.

3.1L install. Just finished pulling the A/C condenser and radiator. It's weird looking thru the front of the car and seeing the engine...

Pressure washed a/c compressor, steering rack, other lower engine parts and installed new alternator cooling hose and clamps.

Drove up to my son's place in the mountains, where we swapped my creaky, irritating rear hatch for one on the 951 he is parting out. What a joy to be rid of that POS! Someone had "re-sealed" it with silicone, every minor ripple on the pavement produced a nail-on-blackboard screech. As a bonus the new one has struts that work!

Drove back thru the mountains, lots of switchbacks and other fun. All in all, a great day!

Been a while since I did much to the car worth posting in this thread. I removed the bazooka subwoofer from the trunk and built a slimmer speaker box instead. The sub was always in the way. I built a box with full range speakers to round out the sound as there were only door speakers before.

That is not the main reason for the post though. I put on a set of 16x8 and 17x7 ROH wheels that I got off of kijiji. Seller said that they were purchased from the dealer when the car was new as they didn't like the phonedials. They are early offset, so they fit my car perfect.
