New to Rennlist...Intro Post
Hey Rennlisters, I'm new here so I thought I'd do an intro post.
A bit about myself...the name's Luke. I'm from Little Rock, AR and at 18 I'm probably one of the younger guys on here. I started autocrossing a gokart when I was 8, and have loved cars and motorsports ever since. I then moved on to roadracing karts, and currently have an Intrepid shifter kart. With 49rwhp and weighing only 360lbs w/me in it, it's stupid fast. I've also been autocrossing my dad's 911 since I was 14. My next step in motorsports will hopefully be getting a SpecMiata sometime soon, but we'll see. I also do track events with my car pretty regularly. Oh yes, about my car...
I have a black 1989 944, the only year for the 2.7litre motor. It's in great condition, drives like a dream. It's pretty much stock, with a few upgrades: KONI "yellow" shocks, M030 front swaybar, cross-drilled brake rotors, and competition brake pads. Also have a torque-biasing LSD but haven't installed it yet.
This looks like a great forum, and I look forward to using it and meeting some cool people. Later, Luke
Whoops...the center console is broken in this pic, but it's fixed now

Hey Luke, welcome ! Nice to see we're all such a young bunch, me; I'm 18 with 30 years of experience at being 18 and also only recently got my 944, although thats still a work in progress. Have fun, I surely do.....https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-...4-project.html

Thanks for all the welcomes guys!
Yeah, they've been doing pretty well so far
I've loved racing karts, met a lot of great people and got a lot of racing experience.
