haha, no it makes sense if you read it again, he is saying that he's getting a positive reading from both the negative and positive terminals on the ignition coil.

Plus he's not asking how to get 250hp on his n/a from bolt-ons, so we know it's not Alina haha.

RED87944S , it is normal to get a positive on both sides...should be 12 VDC.

Yeah, I guess it does make sense in some kind of way. I wasn't assuming anyone would test both to ground and be surprised to find voltage.

In any case, this would be a perfect fresh start for Alina. Obviously the old way no longer works.

so i dont get someone elses DME fried,i can take mine to them and put mine in their car,and see if its starts...

anyone in PA with 944S that can help me out with this??

Maybe you should form a complete and coherent thought before hitting the post button, rather then spreading out a single post into 3 different ones.

This thread is already so far off the tracks from its title, I really don't think it matters anymore.

just drove 5 hours to pick up a new r sensor and still no spark,the coil cable has been check and its good...

Send your DME to someone with a 944S and have them try it in their car. Don't put anyone elses in yours until you have verified its not the DME.

How did you gap the sensor? Did you also get the harness as advised?

whats a ICM? i am not sending it,i am going to drive to a guy with the same car and test it in his car..
