....asked while pointing at my 968 parked AT A PORSCHE SWAP MEET last weekend: is the engine in the front or the back?

strange or funny - I haven't decided yet....

A mechanic once argued with me that a 3" exhaust is impossible to fit under a 944 without state of the art equipment

I've always wondered why you guys get so upset by the oh its just a VW... Um have you ever driven a MKI or MKII Gti? VW made some really fun cars during the 80's!

The 944 will forever be scarred by the fact that its similar (in appearance) to the 924 that Porsche developed for VW but than decided to replace their own 914 with anyways

and its not like I don't hear the VW jokes either owning a 911, nice beetle! Listen white trash I would try to explain the joy of owning this car to you, but I know you won't listen out of fear that your brain is full and any info I give you will push out your knowledge of "getting things done", camo, shotugns, best deals at walmart, and "rebuilding" carbs

Figured in a thread about the stupid Shi-poop people say, it might earn a giggle...

Spoken from a 300ZX TT owner after blowing the doors off of my early 944, "Guess my V6 turbo beats your flat six, huh?" As tempting as it was to correct him, I figured I'd let him get back to adding neon and LEDs to his car...
