Dude, i just listened to the video again, that really doesn't sound good. I think you broke something, mechanical.
Then you didn't float a valve. Your oil pump might have crapped the bed and you may have spun a bearing. That sounds is crazy Man. 944 motors can be had for not so expensive. I wouldn't sweat it.

it was running bad before this, i thought it was just a vacuum leak or maybe the FPR, nothing terrible...
It just didnt accelerate as fast as it used to... like it just felt flat, thats all

Did it backfire? Maybe oil is interfering with the gas and the fuel combusting which caused the smoke? Then maybe too much oil got in and caused it to burn too much oil and back fire?
Could it be the air/oil seperator tube clogged up?

yeah, sounds like new motor time to me.... everything gator says is the way to go. Cut the oil filter open as well when you drain the oil. Gold material means a spun rod bearing....
good luck!

damn
the smoke was UNBELIEVEABLE i cant stress that enough.
That video does not do the smoke justic at all. It was sky high, and everywhere. It looked like somebody just burnt down a building

Smoke in the cabin is no good bro. Smoke out the tailpipe we can deal with, smoke in the cabin is not so good. Not so sure it is mechanical, as I wouldnt think a mechanical failure would be less likely to give warning, i.e. the limited RPMS. Check for a blown oil gasket of some sort, the bouncy oil pressure wouldnt necessarily be a headgasket. Sounds like an oil gasket blew, engine lagged because of extra oil pressure (not sure why???), causing the burst of an oil gasket which then sprayed oil all over hot engine and thus LOTS AND LOTS OF SMOKE! Best I can come up....
