A nice wedding is one thing, but I want to hear details about the honeymoon!

Checking the ride height and indexing of the torsion bars before getting to much stuff attached. Big job getting this right at a later stage. As I have chosen not to make provisions for quick changing of torsion bars. Set the rear on blocks and held the front at the center of the front crossmember. Found that left to right balance was decent as well.

Like your method there!
I used feeler gauges between the spring plate and the spacer at the lower part of the carrier.
Coilovers made the ride height much easier to deal with...

All the bits and pieces of the rear suspension is in place. Need to set the angles. And go over everything with the torque wrench.

Spec is: Metal-to-metal only between the torsion tube and body, 87+ late offset hubs, Turbo/S2 drive shafts with the stronger CV joints, Elephant Racing poly-bronze bushings on the spring blades, 9products uniballs in the arms, uniball drop links, 16mm sway bar from an S2, 28mm Sway-A-Way torison bars, Koni Sport dampers and Sway-A-Way bullet studs.
