Me too. No offense Brad, but AA has some work to do in the Porsche community. I very much appreciate AA being a Rennlist sponsor, and personally would love to see AA back on top of their game.

Got an e-mail, with tracking number for AA's shipment, this morning at about 8:15 pst. The tracking number has come up invalid; I've exchanged e-mails with AA, still waiting for resolution. Apparently the injectors are being drop-shipped from a CA supplier, other items from AA. So far, no tracking number from that company either.

I'm sorry to hear this for you Pete - I know you're working really hard on this car. But I do have to say that I'm not surprised at all.

According to my "guide", Bosch part# (I think) 0 280 150 112. Crosses over to 75.5 VW beetle/super 1.6 injected.

I had FedEx send you the correct tracking information directly today around 5. You didn't get it?

So what's the word here? It's 10:48 est, I would guess that Fed Ex could have given AA a good tracking number by now.

Nope.

That said, I did get your e-mail a few hours ago, plugged in the tracking number, and it's now active. They show a ship date of Monday, 4/11, and an ETA for 4/15.

Thanks, Brad. Let me know what's up with the injectors...

EDIT: My apologies, I just found a FedEx Tracking Notification (from yesterday pm) in my spam trap...

Which is really bizarre because I always get tracking notifications. The only reason that I opened the spam folder was to look for a different missing e-mail! Sheeeeesh.

No big deal. I will be more happy when everything arrives unbroken though. We have had some bad luck with broken stuff through FedEx lately. (knock on wood)
