Excellent progress and great work! Seeing you're in IL, hopefully I'll see the car at a meet or something in the summer! Keep up the amazing work!

Yes the progress is there. Actually more than I show most of the time. A lot of stuff is trivial of course.

I rebuilt a few brake calipers. Replaced the master cylinder. Cleaned lots of stuff that will go back on in the future. Played with some electrical stuff for a whole day. Then I go back & check my work a lot.

Some days I just sit & look at it. Its simplicity is astounding. For example when I started to reassemble the lock devises for the doors I just had a zip-lock bag of parts in my hands. I looked at them & thought "what was I thinking when I tossed this in one bag?" - But then I started the process & every little bit just fell into place. Even the little felt pads that stop rattles.

The car is so enjoyable to work on. Never out of touch. Always in tune. Happy little cars.

Its therapy - for people like us.

What is the function of that T-handle? Maybe the gas door?

Well... All the new Porsche's have that electronic button on the threshold plate. So maybe he rolls that way.

Hey, I'm a 928 guy.

That's one of the Porsches with the engine located in the correct end of the car.
