Thank you.
I am still chugging away at it. Body shop lost my door hinge bolts so I am holding off installing the doors till we find them.
But it looks very good, and I dont mind letting the paint continue to cure as I futz with it.

All you guys spurred me on so... I hammered in the door hinge pins (yeow that's scary) and hung a door or two today. Looking a lot like a car again.

Hey cool! Thank you for the interest John, and thanks for this community.
Yesterday & today I played with a few things. I Wurth matte black sprayed around the door inner panel area like the factory did - so the body color will not show on the door panels from inside. Plus I started laying out the parts inventory for the doors & body seals. Man! There are a lot of seals.
This week I may start the headliner or maybe rear bumper install while some other parts are in transit.

Me too. I think of myself as the lucky one for finding one that did not need a color change. I like the tangerine a lot.
More details done today. Like: Gas lid area matte black.

Test fit a bunch o' stuff today. I kept all the old seals so I could be sure the new ones looked right. Here I am trying the bumper fitment & body seals. Again, I am astonished at how many seals this project uses.
