My car is to dock today, and those beautiful pictures of your (White2abbit) black car has me sick. you commented on the 12 marker being yellow, well I did my stitching in yellow to match the marker and the gauge needles according to the configurator, and now I see yours red/orange. ugh!

 

No email yet, but TYD says production complete!

It also says the earliest it arrives in Emden is 6 days from now, and that isn’t my previous experience at all.

 

I was told on Saturday my car was released to the trucking company and should arrive at the dealership this week. Unfortunately won't be able to pick it up probably until the end of the month, but that does give time for PPF, etc.

 

I finished production today, but the next step on PVMS (Entry into Osnabruk Compound) doesn't happen until 6/17 (min and max date on PVMS). Weird. So they park my car in a corner for a week until they get the time (space?) to go put it in the parking lot? lol Maybe the factory execs disconnect the odo and get a week to "test drive" it.

Could it be waiting on a part(s)?

Or is this just bogus timeline reporting?

My max delivery date pushed all the way into October. My predicted delivery date pushed a week, and now is exactly my birthday. lol

 

Hope you get it on your birthday, that would be an awesome birthday present.

 

took two days from completion to get to emden. My dates were pushed all the way out to October as well. I wouldn’t worry too much.

 

Just arrived at the dealer!! Can't wait to pick it up at the end of the month after film is applied and I can travel down to get it.

 

It would not matter what day mine is coming, My wife said its my birthday and Christmas present for the next 2 years.

Now TYD says my car may have already left port and may get here this month (6/30, earliest) Or end of Sept. One of the two.

 

What is with this date range thing on Track Your Dream? I had never see or heard of this. A range from June to September? Is this a glitch in Porsche’s system?

 

PVMS and TYD give date ranges now. It’s been that way for a few weeks.

It's the result of everyone complaining about delays/shifts. Now you get a vague large span of time to cover it. Most people don't understand Porsche's very organic manufacturing/delivery process and only see it for face value (it's late). This range prevents that.
