Not a huge loss for me because it didn’t work well on the country roads here. Things that changed the beam: lights at the end of the driveway, porch lights, lighted windows. I tried it and found I was correcting it more than if I manually switched the beams. At night, there aren’t a lot of cars on the road on the backroads coming back from D.C.. Also, it is just a simple finger flick of the stalk as your hand is already there.

I was curious what the look was going to be. Glad it's the same as PDLS+ which looks better than what the configurator was showing.

Have BiXenon PDLS on my Spyder that just got built. Wonder if it will be possible to easily swap out with this new LED PDLS?

if not, I’m fine. I’ve come to appreciate the design of the BiXenon PDLS.

Has anyone been able to get new LEDs (634) added to their build yet? I reached my freezepoint today and my dealer wasn’t able to do it unfortunately.

If you are v250, it can't be added. If you are v215 it can be added as long as your SA gets someone from PCNA to do it for them. The dealer can't do it in their system.

IIRC there is an availability date starting in Nov…so that may have some play for folks.

I think the BiXenon PDLS option actually looks the best out of all the options. The blacked out look is sharp.

Yeah, the online configurator does a horrible job of showing the differences. I saw the BiXenon in person, and really liked it. There are many details about it which match the car. Not saying the LEDs are bad...just different.

I’ve got a Nov 11 freezepoint and my SA was able to add without a problem. Cutoff is Nov 7th I’ve heard.

Are the LEDs not also blacked out? Doesn't seem to be much difference in housing from configurator pics, although I know it gets color tones VERY wrong. I still like the look of the BiXenon a hair better but not sure it's worth it over having LEDs.

You can't tell from these pics, but the BiXenons have some hexagon design shapes within the housing that actually match the front scoop and the front grills. Plus, the BiXenons also are an overall round shape that happen to match and flow with the shape of the fenders too. Again, just my personal preference, but after recently being forced to pick the BiXenons, I am actually happier with them than the LEDs. But, I also realize the LEDs provide functionally better lighting as well as the 4 points of the LEDs match the rear light design better too.

My build locked a few days ago too. I was able to add them one day prior to lock and it pushed the freeze date out by another 5 days. My SA said that they have been added, but I guess we will find out!

I just received my production pics from my 23' GTS 4.0. My build still shows PDLS+. However, I did lock before the 8/4 date. It's currently sitting in Emden
