I have another Cali store with a 4RS allocation. October build, December delivery. 2025 model. They're asking 35k over MSRP total but I think they'll work with me, especially if I can bring them a Cali buyer.

Uhh, there are no allocations available without ADM in some form unless you are extremely lucky. So an allocation thread without ADM discussion isn't going to happen. Cheers to those who have the purchasing power to not care about the ADM, but most of the people here obviously have a limit on what they will pay for a car so simply posting allocations without price is of little value.
We have separate ADM discussions threads…probably one specific to the 4RS as well.

I called 6 dealers in early May when I decided I wanted a CGTS after having some seat time in my friend's BGTS. Only 1 wanted ADM - an insane $25K. I just started laughing. One asked that I get ceramic coating, rim/tire/key, and a 2nd year pre-paid maintenance. Their price on the rim/tire/key was actually really good - so I agreed to do that. I refused everything else - they still gave me the allocation. The other 3 wanted nothing but MSRP - no strings/conditions at all. None of the dealers made any hint of the level of options required for the allocation. (As it stands - my spec is roughly $116K so it's not a light spec anyway.) I have 3 confirmed 2025 allocations now and even have a dealer w/ an inbound 24 in another state over 1000 miles away that will sell me that car at MSRP.
For 100 years 99.99% of new cars depreciate - especially in the first couple years. There are very few exceptions. Eventually some cars do increase in value - but usually when they are "classics". 3-4 years ago w/ Covid, supply chain, etc all of this changed and insanity took over the car market where some cars were immediately selling for more used vs. new. This is rapidly ending. The last 3-4 years are a temporary blip in normal behavior.

Put my order in today for a 2025. Been on hunt for a GT car allocation for awhile and went to PEC ATL and did the GT4RS experience. Should be October Production and December Delivery.

I'd say further back than 2010. In 2013 I almost bought a low miles 2008 GT3 for $86000. Instead I bought a Cayman R. That model is is $150K and above now. I kept the 2015 991.1 GT3 for 5 years and sold it for $7K less than I paid for it. Bought it from a dealer in 2018 and got no great deal on it. I would have made $ if only I could have blown up the original motor and gotten a replacement. People pay perceived value for GT cars even a black sheep like the 991.1 GT3 series.

for the most part true. Certainly not always though. Depends on many things. I bought a 07 GT3RS for well under 100,000 several years ago and sold for about the same 2 years later. It was a low mile great spec. Wish I'd kept it. For awhile 997.2 GT3RS (good specs.low miles) were in the 120's.

After doing business for 2 years with my Porsche dealership, I was offered a 2024 4RS last week at MSRP + Timepiece. I was told its a demo car from Porsche to dealership, for showroom demo for a few days, then sell to me. Total build price came out to 221k, fully optioned. Due to arrive Aug/Sep. Very very excited.
