You don't need anything special, just say you are paying cash and ask what the ADM is. Most have been holding out trying to still get ADMs and youll see dozens for sale under 250k used.

A 2023 with 5k miles just sold for under 215k in AZ a few weeks ago after sitting on the market for 5 months over 250 then 240 then 230 then 220 then sold below 215k. One in Boston with 1k miles went for under 205 a few months back
This is very true. Push dealers. Make offers. I swear half the people complaining on this board have zero intentions of buying a car.

Definitely don’t say you’ll pay cash, say you’ll finance through the dealer and keep the loan the minimum period needed to retain the premium paid by the lender to the dealer (often 120 days). Finance departments are major profit areas for dealers and its not just warranties, tint, and tire packages.

100 %
dealers make significant profits from finance department , so to say paying cash hinders your case of getting an allocation

That's a bit high. Latest one I have to sell is 35k over total.

Will ADMs start to creep up now that this has been confirmed as the last year?

if anything it should go down because some people thought last year was the last year.

People will always pay a premium for their own allocation for a car compared to the used market. 992 GT3's winged can be purchased for 25-40 over MSRP but allocations for the last year on those cars went for 40-50k over on winged examples.

I wonder if there's a way to figure out how many times "they said this might be their last allocation" was posted in this thread in the past 2 years.

I have personally heard it 5X lol

Man, for 30-45K over sticker there are A LOT more cars to try unless a stripper build. But why put zero options if you get to build your own car... Definitely looking for an allocation but at 270K…🙃

If anyone else has a lead for an allocation they don’t want requiring only the purchase of a porsche e-bike, please PM me!
