Oh, ok well he should know the MY then. It's tied to the commission number and indicated on the Porsche Build Sheet - Retail.

Not necessarily.

My 992 3RS was supposed to have been a MY23 and was pushed to MY24 even after Comm# was in hand since 22.

Yes, yes orders can be pushed -- that's different. When you ordered your 3RS sounds like you knew it was a MY23..then later it was pushed to MY24.

All I'm saying is when you receive an allocation it's tied to a specific MY build date. Can it change, yes we've seen that happen.

Chuckwalla is probably the most fun for me. Buttonwillow is most challenging in my eyes. I think that’s one that I’ll probably want to do more and more just because there each section is unique with the bumps and angles. I think I’ll have the hardest time beating my GT4 time at Buttonwillow in stock GT4RS form.

If history is any indication, base price will change for MY25

Lots of chatter on my allocation! I can confirm there is no model year called out. The exact build came from the configurator (again no MY) and imported in by the dealer. Here is the timeline. Build is happening over the July August boundary.

Mine was July build, now June and is MY24 (listed on sales agreement, and confirmed by SA). According to my cleaning ladies 4RS production is done. Some builds might go as late as Sept, but they expect a lot to be pulled in. All MY24 is what I am being told. We shall see...

If true, I wonder if mine will be the last off the line. Long live the ICE. Does that make it special or does that mean I get whatever parts they have left. HaHa. I'm doing euro delivery so not sure how much I want them to pull it in. With the current build date I pick it up after the peak vacation season but also while the weather is great. If they pull it in then ideal would be a pull into May which of course is very unrealistic.

You should have gotten a Porsche Build Sheet — Retail.

This document codifies your details, your dealer, and car. Has commission number and MY.

You SA can provide it.

I like Chuckwalla and need to go back there, haven't been there in a few years (one thing I don't like is how hot it gets at the track even in the non summer months). I love Buttonwillow and how unique the track is plus Speed District goes out there a lot which is my favorite group to run with.

I have been told the same.

You can have MY25 allocations but still end production at the end of 2024. Just playing devil's advocate

Good news if true, but why would they cancel remaining demand orders if production is going to continue?

How can you tell dealers are lying, Their Lips are Moving. Keep the shortage frenzy going so the ADM stays high.

Not a buyer for many reasons so I have no Dog in this fight.
